About Me:
I have been teaching at Village School since 2003. I have taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. I enjoy the community-centered environment at Village School, and strongly supports teaching the whole child. I have a strong passion for teaching reading and writing, as well as bringing technology into the classroom.

I am from Crestline, a small town in the mountains in Southern California. I spent my youth camping, skiing/snowboarding, and traveling. I currently live in Santa Cruz with my family. I spend my time reading, knitting, kayaking, and traveling whenever possible.
