National School Success Month is a time for students and families to think about what success means to them. This month is a reminder to set meaningful goals and make a plan to track your progress in the year ahead.

September is National Preparedness Month. This is a great reminder to pack or refresh a "go bag" to have in case of an emergency or natural disaster. It is also a great opportunity to lean in to our community building core value. Check on neighbors and friends to see if their bag is packed and if you can help.

THROWBACK THURSDAY - Campbell Union Grammar School - built in 1922 - was located at 11 E. Campbell Ave. until June of 1964 when the student body was transferred to Cherry Lane School. The original school had 16 classrooms, a cafeteria, kitchen, administrative office, Kindergarten, nurse's room, and a homemaking room. Mrs. Dorothy Sutter was the principal and vice principal was Claude Walsh.
JUEVES DE RECUERDOS- La escuela Campbell Union Grammar School —construida en 1922— estuvo ubicada en el 11 E. Campbell Ave. hasta junio de 1964, cuando el cuerpo estudiantil fue transferido a la escuela Cherry Lane School. La escuela original contaba con 16 aulas, una cafetería, cocina, oficina administrativa, jardín de niños (kínder), enfermería y un salón de economía doméstica. La Sra. Dorothy Sutter era la directora y el subdirector era Claude Walsh.

District programs and activities shall be free from discrimination,
