Public Hearing: Local Control & Accountability Plan
The district creates an annual plan with broad public input.
Part of California’s education-funding formula, the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), allows for more locally based decision-making to respond to the community’s educational needs.
The 2024-25 LCAP will go to Public Hearing at the June 6, 2024, Governing Board meeting, then for approval at the Board's June 20th meeting.
