4. COMMUNICATIONS

Rationale:
(Pursuant to Govt. Code 54954.3(a), members of the public will be afforded an opportunity to directly address the Board on any item noticed on this Special Meeting Agenda before or during the Board's consideration of that item.  The law does not permit board action on any item not on the agenda, and restricts public comment at Special Meetings to items noticed on the Meeting's agenda.  members of the Public wishing to address the Board are requested to submit a form provided for that purpose in the lobby prior to addressing the Board.  In order to complete the business of the meeting in a timely manner, the normal time allotted is 3 minutes per speaker.  The board may use its discretion in differentiating from this time limit.)

5.1. Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) Local Indicators

Rationale:
The Director of Equity, Assessment and Accountability will present to the Governing Board the California School Dashboard Local Indicators as they relate to the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) for Campbell Union School District.

Director of Equity, Assessment and Accountability, April Mouton, presented the Local Control and Accountability Plan Local Indicators to the Governing Board.

5.2. Student Achievement Information

Rationale:
Superintendent, Shelly Viramontez, Assistant Superintendent, Whitney Holton, and the District Leadership Team will present to the Governing Board the Student Achievement Information 2017-2018 for discussion and review.
 
Minutes:
Superintendent Shelly Viramontez, Assistant Superintendent Instructional Services, Whitney Holton and Director Equity, Assessment and Accountability, April Mouton presented the 2017-2018 Student Achievement Data to the Governing Board.
